Local Provision is a 3 Phase developement, it is our hope that Phase 1 will be ready in 2027.

Phase 1 is a unique addition to our site, offering a more secluded and intimate experience for our visitors. With its 11,000 sf building, it provides a special place for those seeking a more exclusive atmosphere. We believe this will enhance the overall experience and make it even more memorable.

Restaurant / Tap Room

Welcome to our community gathering space! A place to enjoy drinks and delicious food. The large outdoor area includes a deck adjacent to the pond and rooftop dining, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. We also have plenty of green space for kids to play. A perfect place to unwind and connect with others

Breakfast / Lunch Venue

The additional available space, 2400 to 4400 sf, would be an excellent location for a breakfast / lunch spot.
